1. Payment We require payment in full before your order is shipped, unless prior arrangements have been made. Checks returned due to insufficient funds (NSF) are subject to a $25 NSF fee.
2. Refunds: Our business philosophy is that "We're not happy with your order until you are!" If we make a mistake on your order we will fix it quickly and at no charge to you. If it turns out you made an ordering error, we will fix it quickly and charge you the reasonable costs for doing so.
Here are the specific rules governing returns and exchanges:
If you ordered something and no longer need it, please contact us and we will do our best to work out a return arrangement that is fair to all parties.
If you ordered a custom harness and the fit is incorrect due to our mistake, we will happily replace it with a correctly sized and fitted new harness at no charge to you. If your dog's custom harness was made to your specifications but it still does not fit, then we will gladly help you re-measure your dog (over the phone or in person if possible) and make you a new harness at half-price (plus shipping cost) of the original harness purchase, so long as the original harness order is returned to us in an unused condition and was not for an unusual size.
Most custom items (including harnesses) may be returned for exchange within 20 days if they were tried on for FITTING ONLY and are in New Condition when returned to us.
Books and media are not returnable.
Soiled or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
Some custom items are not returnable, but we will let you know before you order if the item will not be returnable.
Returns of new items are refunded for full cost of item.
Shipping Costs are not refundable.
